On June 16, 2015, the Coalition submitted a follow-up letter to the Chairman and Ranking Member of the Labor, Health and Human Services, Education, and Related Agencies Subcommittee of the House Appropriations Committee, urging that the Congress not adopt the President’s funding request for an additional $10 million to the U. S. Department of Labor in FY2016 “for activities to address the misclassification of workers.”
