Bill H.B. 1929
This bill would regulate owners, operators, employees and independent contractors of sexually oriented businesses including a licensing requirement for individuals who own, operate, work at, or otherwise engage in a business transaction as an owner, operator, employee or independent contractor at a sexually oriented business. Violations of such licensing requirements would be treated as a deceptive trade practice and constitute a Class A Misdemeanor, and civil and administrative penalties would be assessed for such violations.
