Misclassification Act. Applies ABC Test to determine independent contractor status for purposes of department of labor, unemployment tax, and workers’ compensation. Creates criminal penalties for misclassification and authorizes civil penalties, a private cause of action, disbarment, and stop work orders. Requires Know Your Rights Notice.
