Bill H.B. 80
This bill amends Montana Unemployment Insurance Law to remove the following exclusion from employment:
Service performed by sole proprietors, working members of a partnership, members of a limited liability company treated as a partnership or sole proprietorship pursuant to 39-51-207, or partners in a limited liability partnership that has filed with the secretary of state.
This bill also amends Montana Unemployment Insurance Law to add the following exclusion from employment:
Service performed by a volunteer participant in a program funded under the national and community service act of 1990, 42 U.S.C. 12501, et seq., or the domestic volunteer service act of 1973, 42 U.S.C. 4950, et seq.
